Return Policy


RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We offer a 7-day “buyer’s remorse” return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked. Opened and flown product may be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion). Opened boxes will incur a 20% restocking fee unless the product is determined to be DOA as described below. No returns will be issued after 14 days of purchase. To request a return, please contact us first by calling 920-619-4164 or email accounts@titletowndrones.com to obtain a return authorization. Refunds will be issued by check in 10 business days from the date the item is received. In lieu of a check, the customer may request a credit memo for future purchases.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip or receipt included in your order, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return may be denied or assessed a restocking fee.

Note: Please retain all manufacturer’s boxes and packaging. This is required for me to return the item to manufacturer. 

Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been modified or altered in any way.

  • DOA (dead on arrival) Products: If the product is defective out of the box contact Customer Support no later than 3 business days of receipt of your shipment. DOA includes the following: product will not power on; product contains physical defects such as broken parts or non-functioning parts. Products damaged after use would not qualify as DOA. The DOA policy covers defects discovered upon initial inspection, prior to use. Defects that develop after the product has been used will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact Customer Support no later than 3 business days of receipt of your shipment. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Support immediately at 920-619-4164.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a customer support the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
